Q: Can I use my phone/PDA whilst it is in the i-Seal Waterproof Pouch?
A: Absolutely. You can hear and speak exactly the same as if you were holding the phone itself. In some instances you may need to turn up the volume on your phone, but otherwise you can barely even tell it is inside the pouch
Q: Will the touch screen on my Phone/PDA/i-Pod work whilst in the pouch?
A: Absolutely. Exactly the same as if you were touching the screen itself.
Q: Can I use my Phone Camera or Compact Digital Camera in my i-Seal?
A: You certainly can. Because our product is made from a crystal clear polymer you can take perfect pictures using your phone strait through your i-Seal pouch. Some smaller digital cameras fit into the i-Seal Sportz Pouch, however depending on the size of your camera; the explorer pouch is best suited for the use of a digital camera.
Q: I’m having trouble getting my phone into my i-Seal Waterproof Pouch
A: If your phone has any shinny plastic surfaces or a large glass screen it is possible it will stick to your i-Seal, this can be easily rectified by purchasing a silicone sleeve suitable for your device, and then your phone will slide in quick & easily.
Q: Will the Sportz and Soundwaves strap adjust to fit my arm?
A: Yes it will. We use a soft adjustable elastic strap to prevent chaffing and allow for a customised fit to your arm.
Q: Is my i-Seal Waterproof Pouch re-useable?
A: Most certainly. Provided you have not damaged it in anyway, you can keep on using it over and over, not forgetting to always follow the instructions for use.

Q: Do I need to check my i-Seal Waterproof pouch before each use?
A: You must check your pouch prior to each use in case you have punctured the pouch or damaged it in any way since its last use.
Q: Do I need to wash my i-Seal Waterproof Pouch after use?
A: If you’ve been in the surf or salt water, a quick rinse in fresh water is recommended, then wipe dry with a clean towel.
