| #1 Question: Why be an affiliate? Shouldn't I just try to sell products directly? |
Answer: Well the answer to that depends on how you want to be making money. Do you want the hard road of setting everything up and having to manage a whole business? Or do you want the freedom and flexibility to work when you want and how you want?
As an affiliate for our business, we take care of everything - processing the credit card payments, providing the customer service, keeping track of stock, processing the order, we do everything. All you need to do is refer prospects to us - we'll take care of the rest. So this is a hugely powerful and leveraged way to make money, and it gives you the freedom to work when you want and from where! Now isn’t that brilliant?

| #2 Question: Do I need my own website to be an affiliate? |
| Answer: No, absolutely not. Affiliate marketing is not about creating a website and trying to get people to buy off your site. At Brendan Nichols Events we have made it very simple for you. We have created all the marketing tools you need. Just simply go to the marketing tools, pick which product or service you wish to promote, choose a marketing tool type (text ad, banner ad, email ad) to suit the place where you want to advertise, and then place your ad on that site. |
| #3 Question: How do I start and what do I need to do? |
Answer: Log on to the i-Seal affiliate site, which is located here. www.waterproofpouches.com/affiliates
Remember your main goal, as an affiliate is to drive as much traffic as possible to your specialised affiliate link. The sales letters that your link directs your traffic to will then do the best job of selling our products.
Under the Tools and Links tab at the top of the page in the affiliate site, you will find all the marketing tools that are available to you to advertise and market our products online. Look through the selection and make a plan as to what products and marketing tools you want to use.
Then browse the Internet for sites that you can advertise on. There are hundreds of thousands of sites out there that you can advertise on, so it doesn't take long to find a host of places that you can use. Think about what sort of sites would have the ideal visitor to market our products to. Most of our products are specifically targeted at business owners and so sites that target business owners is a good place to start.
If you are really stuck for ideas of where to advertise then go to some of the sites that you visit and place some ads on them. Going through the process of placing ads will teach you a lot about advertising online and you will then get better ideas of where you can advertise.
Remember to check your stats for each ad that you run. Keep a spreadsheet to keep track of where you have advertised, the cost, what product(s) you have advertised on each site, and which of the ads you have used. You will find that your response rates may vary depending on the site. Some ads will work great on some sites, but may have a poor response on others. So test and keep track of your progress to make sure you are maximising your advertising dollar.
WARNING: Don't go off on your first day and blow $1000 on advertising. Start small and build your way up. Just place small ads to start with to see what works best where and then build up from there.

| #5 Question: How do I know if my ads are working? |
| Answer: Once you are logged in to the affiliate area, you can go to the different products to see the stats for that product and see exactly how each type of marketing tool is working for you. You can also run reports on the affiliate site to see all your stats for the marketing and advertising that you have been doing. |
| #6 Question: What if a person clicks on my link, but then comes back later and orders? |
| Answer: The link identifies who has clicked on your link and designates that person to you as your affiliate for life. The system will pick up that they are your affiliate and any purchases will be put against your affiliate ID and you will earn commissions when you should. |
| #7 Question: How do I find out how many leads, sales or commissions I have received? |
Answer: Once logged in to the affiliate site, click on the tab 'Summary Report' in the top menu. This will give you a summary of all your clicks, sales and commissions overall and also for either this month, last month, yesterday and today.
Alternatively you can create custom reports that are for a certain time period for either Clicks, Sales or Commissions by going to the 'Custom Report' tab on the top menu.
Also the overall stats for each program and marketing tool are always listed in the 'Programs' and 'Links and Tools' section.

| #8 Question: How do I know when I have made a sale? |
| Answer: We provide you with up to date online reporting so you can track your earnings in real time. We also send a confirmation email to you the moment you generate an order or the moment an affiliate signs up under you. You will also get an email when an affiliate who has signed up under you generates an order. |
| #9 Question: How do I change my personal and contact information or password? |
| Answer: Once you are logged on to the affiliate site, click the tab 'My Profile' along the menu at the top. This will open your personal information, which you can change and then save to the system. You can also change your password here. |
| #10 Question: How Much Commission do I get paid? |
| Answer: You get an initial commission of 25% and then 5% on all orders made by affiliates that you have referred to us. |
| #11 Question: When do I get paid? |
| Answer: When commission reaches $200 we will send you a cheque. |
| #12 Question: What is the link for the affiliate site? I have lost the link and cannot log on. |
| Answer: You can get to the affiliate site here. Remember to bookmark this page in your favourites list in your browser so that you can always easily and quickly log on to the affiliate site. |
| #13 Question: How do I log out of the affiliate site? |
| Answer: Simply click on the 'Logout' tab on the right hand side of the top menu. |
